Bill Coody Custom Pools, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. In 1998, Bill and Kristi Coody founded the company and are both actively involved in the daily operations that make it a success. In fact, Bill will be the one to help you design your swimming pool, check on it’s development throughout the construction process, and make sure that you are satisfied with your finished product.

Bill is no stranger to the construction business, as he is a fourth generation builder and has been associated with the construction industry since he was 16 years old. The Coody name can be linked with construction projects in Central Florida as far back as 1968.

Our success has caused us to grow from a staff of 3, to a dedicated team of 14 employees who have the same dedication and commitment to our customers that we do. Each of our employees believes that quality customer service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are what set us apart. You deal with one of our employees, not sub contractors through the entire building process; we have also expanded our offerings to include screen enclosures that are built by Bill Coody Custom Pools.
